Senior Advisor – Industry & Technical Commercialisation

A nuclear engineering graduate of École Centrale Paris, Pascal brings over four decades of experience across the global chemical, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. He has founded and scaled multiple successful companies in Europe, Asia, and North America, specialising in the commercialisation of technical innovation.

Alongside his deep industrial expertise, Pascal has worked extensively in subsea oil production, including the use of deep-sea diving operations and remote subsea vehicles for inspection and intervention. His breadth of experience, from surface chemistry to subsea engineering, positions him as a trusted advisor across a wide range of technically complex and capital-intensive ventures. Pascal's strategic insight and global industrial track record bring depth to Nebula’s work in process chemistry, energy systems, and infrastructure.

Senior Advisor - Project Management & Delivery

Max has held leadership, advisory and representative roles with the United Nations, in commerce, within Government and with inter-governmental agencies.  His operational experience includes successfully directing capital government programs, a fully subscribed London Stock Exchange Public Listing, multiple trade sales, mergers and acquisitions, controlling PLC enterprise risk portfolios and delivery of a broad range of projects related to energy, conflict and development, globally.  Academically, Max is a graduate of Harvard Business School, the Geneva University Global Studies Institute, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and Coventry University School of Energy, Construction and Environment.  He also has a diverse range of technical accreditations, institutional memberships and holds multiple patents.

With a background in chemistry and over four decades of experience, Phil has built a career at the intersection of science, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Following an early career in international roles within the energy sector, including time in the Middle East, he has gone on to co-found and scale multiple successful ventures across fuel additives, advanced materials, and fine chemicals.

Phil's work spans a range of industries including energy, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors, with a strong track record of taking complex chemical technologies from concept to commercial success. His ventures have served major industrial clients globally and remain resilient, profitable operations today.

Phil continues to focus on innovation in specialty chemicals and materials with emerging applications in energy efficiency, electronics, and surface engineering. His long-standing business partnerships and technical insight make him a valuable asset to Nebula’s industrial and scientific strategy.
